What is AI Dialer?

AI Dialer is a business phone platform built on phone numbers you own instead of a shared pool: power, parallel, and predictive dialling, AI voice agents that place and answer real calls, two-way SMS, and the caller-ID and compliance machinery that decides whether a call is answered. There are no seat licences — numbers carry a small monthly rate and everything else is billed per second from a prepaid wallet.
The difference the platform is built on: on a shared number pool 200 customers dial from one block of 500 numbers carrying 60,000 calls a day, so only about 1.2% of any number's reputation comes from your own calling, returned calls ring a pool or an IVR, and calls can only be signed at B attestation. On numbers you own, your team alone dials two or three numbers per market, the whole reputation is yours and fixable, callbacks reach your team, and calls sign at A attestation with CNAM registered.
Caller-ID reputation attaches to the number, not to the account renting it.

The difference

Why random number pools fail

Cheap dialers call from a shared public pool. You inherit other people's spam reputation, you can't vouch for the caller ID, and your callbacks ring a number that isn't yours. AI Dialer gives you owned numbers you actually control.

Shared public pool

The cheap-dialer default

  • Caller ID: Bare number, often “Spam Likely”

  • Attestation: B or C; carriers can’t vouch for it

  • Number reputation: Shared with strangers you can’t see

  • Callbacks: Ring a pool; they never reach you

  • Pricing: Seat licenses & monthly minimums

Built to get answered

Everything that makes a call trustworthy

Deliverability isn't one trick; it's a stack of them. Each of these is on by default.

Branded caller ID (CNAM)

Your business name shows on the call, not a bare number. People recognize you before they pick up.

STIR/SHAKEN Attestation A

Calls from your owned numbers are signed at the highest attestation level, so carriers trust the caller ID and don't flag it.

10DLC registration

Your brand and campaigns are registered with the carriers, so application-to-person texts deliver instead of getting filtered.

Reputation monitoring & auto-quarantine

We watch each owned number's standing across carriers. If one starts to slip, it's quarantined automatically before it hurts you.

Per-number daily dial caps

Sensible per-number volume limits stop snowshoe patterns that get whole pools flagged as spam.

TCPA consent, DNC & calling hours

Consent tracking, do-not-call suppression, and calling-hours guardrails are built in, not a paid add-on you have to wire up.

Compliance, handled

The rules are the hard part. We did that part.

Caller ID and messaging are regulated for good reason. AI Dialer maps the requirements to controls in the product, so your team can focus on the conversation, not the paperwork.

Truth in Caller ID Act

Caller ID that's accurate by design. We sign your calls so the name and number people see is genuinely yours.

TCPA

Consent records, do-not-call suppression, and calling-hours limits are part of the platform, so outreach stays inside the rules.

FCC Do-Not-Originate

We register and protect your numbers so they aren't spoofed, and so legitimate calls keep getting through.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI Dialer?
AI Dialer is a business phone platform built on numbers you own rather than a shared pool: outbound dialling from preview through predictive, AI voice agents that place and answer real calls, two-way SMS, and the deliverability machinery that decides whether a call is answered — branded caller ID, STIR/SHAKEN Attestation A, 10DLC registration, and TCPA consent tracking. There are no seat licences; numbers carry a small monthly rate and usage is billed per second from a prepaid wallet.
Why do my calls show up as “Spam Likely”?
Almost always because the number placing them is not really yours. On a shared number pool your calls are a tiny fraction of the traffic from that block, so the reputation attached to the number is mostly other people’s calling, and the call can only be signed at B attestation. On a number you own, the reputation is your own calling, it is fixable, and the call signs at A attestation with CNAM registered.
How much does AI Dialer cost?
There is no seat licence and no monthly minimum. Numbers carry a small monthly rental, and calls, texts, and AI minutes are pay-as-you-go from a prepaid wallet — US and Canada calling starts at $0.020 a minute, billed per second. A five-rep team making a normal month of calls typically lands under $100 in usage.
Do I have to give up my existing phone numbers?
No. Existing numbers can be ported in and keep ringing throughout — porting moves the number to us without a break in service, and you keep it if you later leave. You can also run ported numbers alongside newly bought local numbers in each market you dial.
Is outbound dialling with an AI voice agent legal?
It is regulated rather than prohibited, and the rules are the TCPA and the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule: you need the right level of consent for the type of call, you must scrub against the Do Not Call registry, you must respect calling hours in the recipient’s time zone, and you must identify yourself. The platform tracks consent, suppresses DNC matches, and enforces calling-hours windows rather than leaving it to the operator to remember.
