What does AI Dialer actually do?

AI Dialer is a business phone platform that combines outbound dialling, AI voice agents, owned phone numbers in over 100 countries, and two-way messaging. It is priced on usage rather than per seat, and the deliverability controls that decide whether a call is answered (branded caller ID, Attestation A signing, and reputation monitoring) are part of the base product.
The difference owned numbers make across the whole platform: a shared pool spreads thousands of daily calls from other businesses across the same block, leaving the reputation of any given number mostly out of your control and capping signing at B attestation. Numbers you own carry only your own calling, so reputation is yours to fix and calls sign at A attestation.
Every capability on this page runs on numbers you own rather than a rotating pool.

Dialers

Dialing: one call at a time, or five at once

Power dialer

A power dialer places one outbound call at a time from a loaded list, automatically dialling the next contact the moment the previous call ends.

Parallel dialer

A parallel dialer places several outbound calls at once for a single rep and connects the first one a human answers, dropping the rest.

Predictive dialer

A predictive dialer calls ahead of your agents, using live answer rates and call durations to forecast when an agent will next be free.

Voice broadcasting

Voice broadcasting sends one recorded or synthesised message to thousands of phone numbers at once.

Ringless voicemail

Ringless voicemail places a recorded message directly into a mobile voicemail box without the handset ringing.

IVR

An IVR (interactive voice response) system answers inbound calls and routes them using a menu, a spoken request, or data it already holds about the caller.

Preview dialer

A preview dialer shows the agent the full contact record before placing the call and lets them decide when to dial.

Cloud call centre

Cloud call centre software runs your inbound and outbound phone operation from a browser: queues, routing, dialling, recording, and reporting, with no on-premise hardware.

Auto dialer

An auto dialer is any system that places outbound calls without a person keying digits.

Local presence

Local presence dialing presents a caller ID in the same area code as the person you are calling, because a familiar area code is answered more often than an unfamiliar one.

Voicemail drop

A voicemail drop leaves a pre-recorded message in a contact's mailbox during an outbound call, so the rep moves to the next number instead of speaking the same 20 seconds again.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy each product separately?
No. Every capability on this page is in the base platform — all four dialing modes, AI voice agents, IVR, recording, SMS, call tracking and the compliance tooling. There are no tiers to upgrade into. You pay for the minutes, messages and numbers you actually use.
Which dialing mode should I start with?
Power dialing, in almost every case. It removes the dead time between calls without introducing abandonment risk, and it tells you what your list's real answer rate is — which is the number you need before deciding whether parallel or predictive is worth the complexity.
Can I use AI voice agents and human reps on the same numbers?
Yes, and most teams should. An AI agent answering out of hours and a rep calling from the same owned number keeps one identity in front of the customer, and the reputation of that number reflects all of the calling rather than being split across pools.
What is not included?
Number rentals and usage are billed separately from the platform, because that is the whole pricing model — there is no platform fee to include them in. Live chat, video conferencing and helpdesk ticketing are not products here at all; this is a phone platform.
